I've had many similar signs made for under $20. It's just a matter of entering the wording into a program, picking the size and color, then sending it to a machine to be cut out. Easy to install on a window yourself. Just spray a little soapy water on the window place it where you want, squeegy from...

I've sold and shipped two handguns in the last month with one going out today. Both went FedEx 2-day. Each time I declared that a handgun was enclosed.
