Re: 12/6/14 - LEO tries to delete video of him confronting O

I hear you guys. Things would be very different if only those troublemakers at the North Bridge weren't open carrying long guns in defiance of the authorities.

Re: 30.06 and Written Permission Permitting Carry

Actually, I think it is even easier, if he just goes out and qualifies with the weapon. PC 46.15(a)(5) allows a retired peace officer to carry anywhere an active officer can. Since the OP would then not be carrying under the authority of the CHL, 30.06 would not apply. But wouldn't 30.05 still appl...

Re: WI: police offer to check your home for guns

They say they're looking for guns, because no one would call them if they said they will search your home for drugs if you'd like them to. Of course, during their search for guns, anything else they find that's illegal can be confiscated and the home owner can be charged. I don't understand why any...

Maybe, but why don't we have this database? It'd be trivial.... You and I would use it.
Trivial for the antis to randomly add guns that aren't stolen.

Re: The Real Texas Gun Show

I do not understand the owner/manager of this business talking about 2nd amd. Rights, join the NRA ect. Then does not allow People with a legal CHL to carry during his shows. Rule #3 on his web list of rules. He talks about safety ,accidental discharges and people not knowing their weapon. http://t...

Pulling a gun because someone wasn't wearing a seat belt?

I hope there's more to the story.

Re: Ar15 rant & range report, r u thinkin about buying one?

Got my first ar recently. As a longtime ak aficionado, I have to ask if Eugene stoner was stoned? Who the heck makes a battle rifle with THREE tiny pins you can lose when field stripping it? I don't know what kind of AR you got but mine only has two pins holding the upper and lower together. They a...

I have no inferiority complex from carrying 9mm. Then where does your inferiority complex come from? :biggrinjester: Too many reasons to list. I've been thinking about getting a big ole F-250 and jack it up to compensate though. C'mon, go big if you're going to do it. F350 [ Image ] You can get the...

I'm taxed too much. I'd like to be taxed less. How do we pay back the Trillions that we're already spent? What do you mean "we" paleface? I did not spend that money. I live within my means. When the spigot runs dry and the gibs-me-dat orcs go on a rampage they can go collect from the ones...

:iagree: The 30.06 requirements don't apply to MPA. Any kind of sign is good enough. No minimum size for letters, no special language, etc.

Straus and his posse are a big reason why college faculty, staff, grad students, etc. are denied the right to bear arms to defend themselves from robbers and rapists on college premises. I can't support politicians who support robbers and rapists.

It seems no less appropriate than the child living for months on end without the parent who has legal custody.
