I am now using the crashed SS shreds. They work fine, nothing to get stuck in the case or primer's pocket. Like new result. I use McGuire Car wash and wax, and 1 oz of Lyman's Turbo Sonic

Downside, they came mixed with non-SS so you have to deal with rust in the water for while
