I used Shooter's Choice on the slide of my my STI .When I sent it in to STI for repair I was told to not use grease on it because the tolerances were too tight.

I'm not sure of the brand of magazine it came with as it does not have a name on it. I have a few Kimber magazines but it doesn't seem to make any difference which ones I use.

The receipt stated they had fired 100 rounds with no issue. I didn't get through the first magazine. I should have sent it back in, I'm sure they would have made it right but it was just easier to let someone local(Lock and Load in Tyler) work on it.
