This guy narrowly avoided euthanasia when an amazing short term foster stepped in to allow Cesar some time away from the shelter to get his irritated skin on the mend.

He is a male pitt-mix, approximately <2 years old. He is crate trained, runs/walks well on a leash and is not vocal. He is heartworm positive, but on medications.

He does well with other dogs too, even as he recovers from his skin and heartworm condition.
