If the signs are posted in the parking lot (as is the case n Plano), that would be an offense worthy of a fine because the parking lots are not off-limits under 46.03 & 46.035. I'm not sure of the impact if the signs are on the building itself since the build truly is off-limits.tornado wrote:Would this prohibition apply to public schools?
