I don't know about a background check for a security job, but for a CHL the person has to be adjudicated delinquent; i.e. a judgment/order signed by the judge. Some will argue that a determination by the AG's staff that works on child support issues would suffice, but I don't know of any cases test...

Oh, i get it now.

So, i went out to Junction , Texas yesterday and shot off about 100 rounds. My father in law has 300+ acres out there and told me come on by any time, so i did. It was a nice 1.5 hour drive each direction. Had some good deer meat chili to warm us up on a cold day.

Good times!

Thanks to everyone that has welcomed me. As far as my service goes, i would do it all over again if given the chance. I did my 6 and got out on an Honorable Discharge and i have no regrets. Personally I believe every American should do a hitch in the Armed Forces for atleast 2 years. I bet we'd have...

yerasimos wrote: Good thinking. For vehicles, because of the difficulty in accessing the typical strong-side hip holster, I always like to use a Safepacker from The Wilderness. It is basically an enclosed, nylon holster that attaches low on your seatbelt.

Do you have a link where these can be purchased?
