I went over to the flag poles and they had lock boxes over the cleats.
If you're in Dallas, PM me when you see that situation. Just no flagpoles much over 40'.

Re: Holder says illegals have "sacred" right to vote in US

Biometrics Database to document all US Citizens should be the law. Iris Scan and right hand bio-scan to validate who you are. A piece of cake nowadays. I'm not comfortable with Big Brother maintaining a comprehensive biometric database on all citizens. They already have too much information about o...

Looks like it's mounted on a 1000# table. No chance of recoil...that would have been ugly.

A famous quote from the movie, "A Guide for the Married Man" is "Deny, deny, deny".

IMHO, it's good advice.

Of course, having sense to use a revolver would have helped.

You can't always be certain you can find the casing.

Re: need a cat gun....

There must be sufficient resources for the cats to survive. Either someone is feeding them or there is an ample supply of mice, rats or whatever. You can trap and remove all you want but unless you get rid of the food source, they (cats) will re-populate the area. Experts say the only solution is TN...

Depending on the ethnicity of the robber, we may hear later about how the police "overreacted".

Re: BofA Boots McMillan Rifles: We Don't Want Your Business

Chase refused to accept my CHL as a valid form of ID. I was a long time account holder, was trying to get a cashier's check cut for $6k. Escalated it up to the branch manager. They gave me all the usual runaround excuses, then finally said 'it's our policy'. They were happy to take a VISA card as a...

Re: What kind of siding is this?

Looks to be 12" LP (Louisana-Pacific) SmartSide Triple 4" lap siding. You probably won't find it at Home Depot or Lowe's but a real builder's supply will carry it or can get it. I can get it locally (Dallas area) at Foxworth Galbraith or Builder's First Source. I'm sure they have similar f...

I read that, like Mike Tyson, she earned over $300 million dollars in her career. He's now broke and she died broke. It's clear both had a revenue problem.

To answer the OP's original question:

I have to admit that, thanks to maturity, I'm probably a little more understanding and may actually treat my animals better than my children.

School Zones & Cell Phones

Around 8:00 a.m. this morning, I was sitting at a traffic light in Dallas which also happened to be in a school zone. I was in the middle lane and a Dallas PD patrol car was in the left lane next to me. Next thing I know he bumped his siren and turned on his lights. When I look over he is pointing f...
