didn't "the wun" sign a nuke treaty with the Ruskies last month without advice and consent of the Congress on the basis of it being an amendment to the original Salt II treaty... nice use of a loophole to circumvent the Constitution there. And, he is a self proclaimed expert in constitutional law. Nothing would surprise me.

The UN, or more appropriately the "Roosevelt League of Nations", is the largest enemy of our Republic and our (almost "former") capitalist economic system.
