Not to defend Baldwin as his actions are pretty indefensible, but someone reassembled the gun after the FBI disassembled the gun put in replacement parts and they have found that Baldwin did pull the trigger.

Seems like a stretch. Maybe I read it wrong.
all you need to know is FBI...
no matter how we or i feel about baldwin.
he did fire teh gun, a person did die
BUT the FBI makes every thing questionable

Yes, here is your surprise, charges dropped because the gun did it. Evidence that gun fired without trigger being pulled. I guess this was Baldwins testimony was the evidence.

hopefully the deceased family sues the crap out of the baldwin production company that was making the movie
armorer should be in hot water as well for allowing live ammo on a movie set

still strikes me odd as why props and the people that set up the props allowed any live ammunition anywhere near the set.

its always fun and games until someone gets poked in the brown eye.

why i dont really care for mr baldwin, the blame should fall on him and the entire prop crew. somebody needs some serious come to jesus talks and maybe time in a real jail
