Heavy sigh........ Spent a total of almost six tears in Cali in three different military assignments back in the 70s into the very early 80s. Can't believe that this is the same place where I bought a Mini-14 as well as several other evil firearms, got into reloading, shot competitions, and even had a Sacramento Concealed Pistol permit. I though the biggest pain was their 5 day wait back then.Glad that the AF never sent me back there after 1982. Fond memories of the Old Sacramento Armory and fondelling the M-1As and ARs in the days before I had the money to buy one.
