Re: FFL holding guns and suppresor
More info obtained...he provided the two guns and suppressor to this FFL who also builds custom ammo loads. That was the reason for the FFL having possession of the guns and suppressor - building custom ammo load. Apparently the guy has been stringing him along since January on creating the custom ...

Bad News for California Glock lovers
I've never given much thought to the Glock or No Glock argument; I bought my wife a Glock 42. There are strong supporters for the handguns and there are those that have strong dislike for them. California has joined that last group by banning new sales of Glocks in the state.

Re: Weird signage
Not a lawyer, but I would think combining signage that is dictated to be verbatim by legislation wouldn't be enforceable. They are separate PC codes and I've never seen a 30.06 and 30.07 sign combination. Maybe srothstein will chime in. BTW I messaged you on Facebook about Firearm Policy Coalition's ...

Re: Can the USPS get any worse?
This is at least partly based on the authority of the judge to issue junctions. As per a recent SCOTUS decision, district court judges cannot issue blanket injunctions. They can issue injunctions just for the parties who sued, either individually or as members of a class if a class action suit is ...

Remind me. Can a non citizen legally in the country possess a gun in the US or Texas?

Re: TX:The dumb streets of Houston- youth baseball coach shot during pregame prayer
No information on the location from whence the bullets came. Were they on their own property, trespassing on someone's private property, on a road, a shooting range ...? How did they identify the shooters? Typical journalism these days. I'm thankful the injury was not fatal.

Reading the string of emails I get the sense his partner had an inkling he did it and it was a subject they had talked about. Maybe not explicitly saying he would he commit such and act, but that Charlie needs to be killed. I don't think he was totally surprised it was done by Robinson.

I agree opening the door was not a good idea.philip964 wrote: Wed Sep 17, 2025 9:38 am Interesting thanks for posting.
Fired 8 times, after he said he dropped his gun. Hit in the leg. Lucky guy.
I’m still of the belief that you don’t open a door armed or not to anyone who comes to your house who is unknown to you.

Re: Grand Prarie - When the police show up at the wrong house
I am a supporter of the police, a lifetime member of the 100 Club, volunteer with our local PD citizen's patrol and am a member of an organization that raises thousands of dollars for them as well as providing equipment and even trained dogs for the canine unit, which cost about 15K. With that said ...
