I'm out of town until after the 1st. The weather doesn't seem too conducive for a meet up. I made a meet up and skeet shoot up in DFW at Elmfork with some forum members up that way a few years ago with temps in low 30 temps, The company was warm, but the shooting was cold. Wind was fierce as well. Brrrrr! May I suggest having on later when it warms a bit? Of course in Texas we can experience all four seasons in a week.
