I forgot to mention this before now - work and house-hunting have had me rather flustered, but I want to give a shout-out to TAM and his son, TAB, for being so generous last weekend in helping me get together an AR upper in .300 BLK I've been piecing together for a friend of mine who can't afford his own. I messed-up the gas-block selection and TAM generously donated a YHM front-sight/gas-block combo while TAB took a lot of trouble and no small ingenuity in getting it all together.
