3. And this vote was just to confirm the debate "Rule" to be applied... it was not a vote for/against the legislation itself.
Looks like the House will debate the bill/amendments live on C-Span starting at Noon today...
This bill may not be the first thing on the agenda however...

I live just outside of jackson lee's diatrict I heard gun fire last night ar around 12:00 for the second night this week. I asked my brother if he heard any shots and he says, "no more than usual"
