Huff post calls it child sexual assault.

Yeah the’re not after him at all because of guns.

The dude is young and good looking. I’m just not understanding this.

This is where I disagree with the law. She claimed to be an adult, most likely looked like one, yet he may go to jail. Sorry, if a 16 year old girl is going to lie about her age, the law regarding underage situations should not apply. This happens too often in my opinion. We need to update our laws... but it ain't gonna happen. He might be guilty of prostitution, which is a discussion for another day, but to hang him on sexual assault because she lied about her age is not justice.

As a single guy, I'm scared to even date anyone these days...I don't want to harass anyone with what used to be called flirting.

I don't even compliment women anymore unless I know them well. I don't mean catcalls either...i mean stuff like ... you look nice today. Overreaction maybe, but better safe than sorry.

:tiphat:

I'm not sure tipping a hat is okay anymore!
I do still open doors for women and older people... surely that will always be okay...I hope.
Yes I would say it would be rough to be a single guy today. I have several much younger acquaintances who got in tremendous trouble over incidents that would have been ignored by the police and the DA in my day. I didn't even know there was a thing called 4th degree rape. And apparently if a girl shows a fake ID that is not a defense either.

Apparently when the NRA is making fun of gun laws the press fails to get it.

So I saw the 3D gun in yellow. It’s so much prettier in yellow than the UN blue.

Trying to find it Huffington Post led me indirectly here where you can download guns or viruses.

It said there are plans for AR 15’s AK47 or their one shot .380.

So the 3D gun is not only one shot but is a .380.

Didn’t the Allies drop thousands of one shot guns into France? Weren’t they .45’s at least?

Re: 3 D Printed guns in the news

I was flipping thru channels on the radio in the car and heard 3D printed gun and stopped flipping and listened.

It was NPR. The were going ape with the AG of Pennsylvania over 3D printed guns.

Apparently it’s all Texas’s fault as some Texas Company is maybe the one trying to distribute the plans on line.

To NPR’s credit they brought up the lack of longevity of the gun, small capacity and some other faults in a question to the A G and he answered a different question about how he was protecting 2A rights while trying to shut down this avenue for felons to illegally make a gun.

Made it all sound as if this was the number one problem facing his state.

3 D Printed guns in the news

https://www.click2houston.com/news/nati ... guns-issue

So 3 D printed guns have been in the main stream news for days now, I assume due to this judges ruling that its to have the files.

My wife got all upset with the news that it was legal to have 3D plans for a gun, she's not a gun person. Knows that I have guns, but doesn't want to know about it.

I tried to calmly as I could explain that this does not really affect people in the US, it is mainly for people who live in Europe or Australia. She was still upset. Said we are all going to be killed by criminals with 3 D printed guns.

I explained to my wife that no criminal worth his salt would actually go out and buy a computer, 3 D printer and print his own gun, especially the one in the picture in this article. I told her that real guns are easy for criminals to get, they would never need to 3 D print a gun.

My main point. Are these 3 D printed guns just the worst gun you have ever seen?

I know it is an early technology, they will get better, but really.

Trump is actually going to spend time reviewing this. Really.
