So will this be the first time a man, videotaping in a separate car 100 ft from a self defense death, is convicted of murdering a jogging stranger in his neighborhood, where you leave your car unlocked because of break-ins, and a jogging stranger who previously fought with police trying to arrest him and had previously been shown on surveillance video not jogging and entering a private home under construction?

I am only surprised the homeowner doing the remodeling with the security video wasn’t also arrested for murder as well. It may be because he wisely said, I never told anyone to watch my house.

Slowly hold hands up. Say don’t shoot. Stand still. Freeze. Turn around and run away (distance is your friend). Keep hand still and where guy with shot gun can see them.

Don’t: reach in you pockets, make sudden moves. Reach behind your back.

In no case run towards someone with a shotgun pointed at you.

There are exceptions. But not here in this case.

The Georgia "jogger" murder trial is being overshadowed by the Kyle Rittenhouse trial in Wisconsin.

The shooter took the stand and it appears did a pretty good job of defending himself. He was taught in the Coast Guard that hands and fists are weapons. His pick up truck had been burglarized so much he left it unlocked.

So one of the defendants is attempting to get banned evidence of his license plate that shows a confederate flag.

So if this is let in, I’d say the fix is in for these guys.

Generally I feel if your a defendant you should be allowed to defend yourself any way you want. So if the guy you killed has mental issues, you should be able to say that. The woman your accused of raping is a topless dancer, you should be able to say that.

That said how about the other side. Can they present anything they want?

Our “jogger” apparently likes to tell police this when he is stopped by police after people have called about all sorts of minor crimes. He is also confrontational with police, and threatened violence on one officer.

Convenience store people called him the “ jogger “ as he would stretch and stuff outside the store and dash in and grab small items and dash out without paying.

Sounds like after his death, this area was safer from shoplifting, peeping toms etc.
