My FIL passed away last year and he was an avid gun collector and assembler. He had these 2 open racks in his house to display his collection. The racks cost about $2700 from https://gun-racks.com/custom_gun_racks They were scuffed a little in the move BUT since they are wood they can be rehabbed ea...

Re: How would you help sell hundreds of guns ?

THanks The delivery is pretty straightforward- If needed we will rent a truck. The guns will be less of an issue than the ammo. I've asked him to make a list of the guns because HE knows why they are cool and not everyone would. He is an old friend and my FIL I was more interested in the transfer is...

If you had a family member who lived out of state that was a collector, owned hundreds of guns and uncounted rounds of ammo. Long guns and hand guns. Mostly military/historical type guns. He has terminal cancer and has asked you for help in selling the collection to help increase estate. What would ...

Re: Truck stolen, whats in your truck?

Almost 10 years ago I had my truck stolen - also at a hotel - in my case I was at a charity dinner. The "stuff " in my truck from my RX sunglasses to tools was a huge pain to remember and replace and insurance doesnt cover most of it FOr years I would find myself looking for a specifc work tool or d...

Re: New pop-unders

A low estimate of the cost to run a site like this is in the $500 to $700 a month range if its done efficiently. With no need for admin intervention or hardware upgrades you might get that down to $300 to $400... Maybe less if the database size and traffic is less than I figured. Sorry but what? I ...
