Re: Loaded magazine went for a wash!

Thanks for all the input Gentlemen. :thumbs2:

Because I don't want to deal with a possible squib, I'll just dispose of properly. But I'm still gonna go to the range!

Re: Loaded magazine went for a wash!

The ammo was Winchester, HPs, the regular ones you buy at Walmart. Nothing fancy. Lol

Loaded magazine went for a wash!

I was carrying one day and at the end of the day, I forgot to empty my pocket of my extra magazine I was carrying. :???: It went through the full wash! My question is, should I get rid of the 9mm ammo and if so how? Also, the magazine should be fine, right? This was my factory magazine for my Taurus...

Re: Glock 44 - .22 LR pistol

I saw a post on FB from Glock that said, "The new .22 LR, GLOCK 44 will offer a threaded barrel that will be sold separately. The G44 and threaded barrel will be available January 20, 2020."

I don't understand, what is the difference with the barrel that it's coming with?

Ok to CC @ TYFA football game?

So my son started playing football this year for a team with the Texas Youth Football Association (TYFA). Tomorrow he will have 2 scrimmage games. Does anyone know if I'll be ok to carry concealed?

It will be at Universal City Park.

Re: New online CHL application & procedures

Yup, that's what I figured. :???: Thanks txtaxman. :tiphat: Would you happen to know how much the classes cost now and how long is the class, 6 hrs? The cost of a class is set by the instructor. LTC Classes are required to be 4 to 6 hours plus the time on the firing range. Sounds good, thank you si...

Re: New online CHL application & procedures

My wife's original CHL expired in Nov '14. She would now like to carry again. My question is, will she be able just to do a renewal or will she have to start over with a new LTC. I do know that she will need to have her digital prints done, since that's what I was required to do when I renewed. I j...

Re: Suggestions for a comfortable IWB for Glock 19

I used to have a G19 and used a Crossbreed Supertuck. It was very comfortable even though you wouldn't think so by the way it looks. There were times when I would forget I was even carrying. lol I still have the holster and use it now with my G26.

Btw, that's in a 46" waist.

Re: freindly range in San Antonio

Last weekend I had the pleasure of taking one of my nephews to A Place To Shoot. He's only 18 but has aspirations of being in the CSU of SAPD one day. He has even joined the Explorers program. There wasn't many people there since it was when they first opened up and rainy weather. The staff there ma...

OC Bill has been signed, but now what?

I need y'alls help, if you don't mind. Now that Open Carry has been signed into law by the governor, I'm a CHLer, how does it affect me. For the record, I do not plan to open carry.

Laymens terms, please and thank you. :tiphat:
