I just returned my ShapeShift 4.0 core pack today. I found the thumb release spongy and unreliable. It could have been a retention adjustment issue, but I wasn’t wild about it.

Ordered a Tucker DC-1 today to take its place.

I do have the AlienGear Belly Band and Closk IWB to try out for my K6S. Hopefully I’ll like that rig.

Glad I did. I see people make comments about this and that, and in the end, it was what felt good to me.
I like their IWB and OWB options the best. Appendix style don't care for it, and the paddle sticks out too far for my taste.
But its solid never had an issue, and knowing that *click* sound keeps it retained, I'm a happy customer.
