Re: Overdose Suspect Is Revived By Narcan and Fatally Shoots Firefighter

Narcan should be banned. Incidents like this wouldn't happen, and the opioid/fentanyl crises would resolve itself. People who set out on a path of self-destruction should be allowed to reach their destination.

I usually just spray some Windex or rub some dirt on it, and that fixes it. Chocolate milk is bad for my boyish figure.
Spread some gunpowder over it. If it bleeds. Touch it off with a cigar.

Uncle Joe Biden

Some people myself included. Are pretty disgusted with the current president. While running the first time he gave us lots of promises, but has done little to nothing to support us. Even his Supreme Court nominations seem to be pretty weak on second amendment issues. It could be worse, there is the ...

Re: David Ortiz shot in the back in a bar in the Dominican Republic

The crowd at the bar responded to the shooting.

"The gunman was captured and beaten by a crowd of people at the bar, Bautista said, according to the AP. Police were waiting until the man underwent treatment for his injuries before questioning him."

Good work on their part.

I don’t know anyone on this board. I certainly don’t know anygunanywhere but over the years that I been on this board he doesn’t appear like keyboard Rambo fella to me at all. Re: Trump: Banning Suppressors?

I moved to Texas in the fall of 1988. At the time I could purchase a sidearm, but it was pretty much illegal, for me to take my handgun out into the world. Today law just about respecting individual can carry in their vehicle. in 1996 the right to conceal carry was allowed with a permit. The license...

Re: Firearm in vehicle at work

...... Unless you work at a Federal building, including a US Post Office, or at Superfund site, then you are good to go no matter what your employer says because Texas law is clear that parking lots are NOT premises AND your vehicle is an extension of your domicile. Period. If you work at a Federal...

Re: HB 1177, SB 506 - Unlicensed Carry During State of Disaster

The evacuations caused by Hurricanes Ike, and Rita. was probably the biggest armed migration in America since the Civil War. Lots of frustrated people. Traffic jams, bad information and no where to go. Very Stress full. All the same evacuees were pretty much well behaved and civility amongst Texans ...

Re: Best compact 1911? Or favorite DA/SA carry

I carry a Beretta Storm Subcompact. Subcompact is a bit of a misnomer, it has a 13 round capacity and is considerably bigger than most pocket guns. Rounded where it counts. Comes with a floppy thing on one of the mags to provide a placard for your pinky.. Good shooter and comfortable to shoot. I hav...

Re: HB 2363 - Firearms in Foster Homes

Sounds like, in their eagerness to stifle gun rights, they’re willing to discourage people who would otherwise be willing to foster children. Isn’t gov’t a wonderful thing? There are many rules and laws to discourage folk from taking up foster parenting. Thankfully there are some that put aside som...
