Any issues with carrying at Govt Canyon in San Antonio?

http://www.tpwd.state.tx.us/state-parks/government-canyon It's a state park, and no restrictions mentioned on their website. I didn't see anything listed on the Corps site http://www.swf-wc.usace.army.mil/whitney/recreation/parks/corpsparks.asp I haven't been there since receiving my CHL, and we in...

Re: HB 1298 and 1299

My wife an I are going as chaperones. After reading the above section of the law, I am not allowed to carry due to the trip bei...

Re: San Antonio Highland Games 51% Sign

I was there today. I'd say the signs were bogus, or put up by someone who doesn't know what they mean. The whole place would have to be a beer garden to justify the 51% sign. Couple small beer shacks in the far back. Far more food and trinkets were being sold, not to mention the entry cost. Only saw...

Re: WA: Homeowner stops intruder crawling through doggie doo

... They must make doggie doors bigger than I've seen. The ones I've seen were maybe one square foot. - Jim Casey We used to have a door for our dog. The opening is 24"H x 13.5" W. She's a 100+lb Rotty/Shepherd mix and fit fine. Burglars should realize that if they can fit through the doo...

My church posted 30.06 . I can't say when it went up,but it's there now Had to post this. Any speedloaders for the LCR?

I'd love to get a Safariland Comp 1 for my LCR, but they don't make a compatible model.
I've seen this one:

but it's a little pricey.

Any other suggestions?

Currently carrying speedstrips.

Re: Duty belt

SRO1911 Honestly I'm not sure how one would even measure to determine a size. I am kind of a big fat guy so I assume I would need a rather long belt like in the neighborhood of 50 in. or so. But if you too are "horizontally gifted" lets talk about spending some money my wife says I don't ...

Depending where you are, I'm sure someone near you could loan you a wrench, walk you through the process, especially for a 1 time job. Seems silly to buy a wrench or pay someone for a single item like that.
