Re: TX: How to dispose of your bump stops in Houston

Tid Bit I learned today, my son works for a firearm distributor so I ask him about the ability of ATF to find somebody who had purchased a Bump Stock, he said it would be virtually impossible! I find that interesting! Shipping records and credit card receipts will create a direct line to most purch...

Re: TX: In Houston some people prefer hammers

I moved out to Richmond... Fort Bend County went almost entirely Democrat the last election. We may not be that far behind. At least Sheriff Nehls doesn't coddle criminals but I'm not sure how well the rest of the justice system is going to fare. The blue is spreading like rot. Fort Bend County tod...

Re: TX: In Houston some people prefer hammers

How is this guy arrested for attacking two people and putting one in the hospital. Using a hammer to bash her skull in on December 31st. Then 10 days later he is out and arrested again for beating up a third person. Houston had a blue wave last year. I think in the long run it will contribute to mo...

Re: Article on Slippery Definitions of "Assault Weapon"

My point concerns more the fact that SELECT-FIRE rifles do exist and they're already heavily-regulated; semi-auto rifles such as AR15s and the like are in no way "assault rifles" simply because they share a cartridge and looks. I reject the "assault weapon" term as it attempts to tie the 2 broad ca...

Re: TX:7 year old girl murdered in Wallisville in drive by shooting or road rage

Now that we know what a white guy with blue eyes looks like, I wonder if Shiela "stupid" Jackson-Lee still wants this prosecuted as a hate crime? I wonder if the instagram tipster still gets the $100K reward if the actual murderer doesn't have blue eyes. I hope they pay- the tip got the real killer...

Some "professions" employ professional, ethical people. Some have much lower standards.

Also left the scene of the accident and failed to render aid. Didn’t say LTC.
I thought that's only required if you're in a vehicle involved in a collision.

Are they going to charge everybody who drove past without rendering aid?

The results of the recent Houston and Harris County elections would be very different. I think it may be time to move.

Do we believe the teens who were driving illegally and supposedly threw eggs and then ran a red light and killed someone?
I believe their confession. I believe they were committing crimes and they killed an innocent women during the commission of those crimes.

Re: Government shutdown

Please folks, spare me the tears over the poor unpaid gov't workers. In no so called shutdown has any gov't worker permanently lost any money. They will be paid. I don't recall during my lean years of layoffs, or furloughs, the gov't or anyone else shedding a tear for me. :iagree: They will be paid...
