Yes, at least in this case.

I'm new here but not new to forums.

For whatever reason, old threads are near the top and thus appear new, while on other forums they are buried many pages down.
Time to check my sort/display preferences.

CHL should be just as consistent as driving, and the majority of exceptions to where one may carry need to be considerably reduced.
