This would be an awesome thing for me since come Aug '13 I will lose my CHL due to the class requirement to be taken in Texas. Stinks that because this is my second renewal and not my third that I lose the 9 years I have invested in my Texas CHL...

If this doesnt pass, I, being in the military and now stationed in Virginia, will have to get a Utah (in addition to the Va and Pa I already have) in order to keep close to the amount of current states that I have when I lose Texas. Boo!
