I'm working at a new gun range/gun store (guess which one) part time so I open carry there and on any errands I run to or from the range, Otherwise I usually have a light cover garment that may or may not come off in restaurants.

FYI, if you're on the NW/Cypress area come by sometime. It's a very nice, and very new indoor range. :fire
