This article is the proof that any and every registration scheme in our legislatures, federal and state, need to be defeated. There is no need to register any weapons unless there is a desire to confiscate.

As surveillence technologies improve and become more or less ubiquitous, 4th amendment protections will be under fire as constantly as our 2nd amendment rights are now. That's why I support both the NRA and the ACLU with my money.
