Exactly. Most of the time you will be innocent. It's just the legal hassle that will cost you seriously $$$ . Just to get a Lawyer to say Hello cost a few grand LOL.

While you may not be put in Prison. You may get taken to Civil Court and that will probably COST you more money that TRIPLE of whats in your wallet or purse. I'd love to shoot every robber out there. But when his mama and papa take you to Civil court and you have to pay 100k in Legal fees. Thats a s...

I don't know where you heard Kirkpatrick Leather has a 2 month wait. I just ordered their Hidden Defence IWB holster and received it in 17 days. I've ordered from them a total of three times and always had my order delivered in that time frame. Great leather products, IMHO. I agree. I just ordered ...

Exactly. When combing a human bone, muscle mass and power its no different than say using a bat or other object. It can prove just as lethal.

If they got the drop on him, how was he able to reach beside and get a SKS and have the space and time to aim it out the car? I will agree, Rifles are the way to go. But I think in a car case like this, grabbing a pistol on your side would be quicker and easier. Either way whats done is done and luc...

Seriously though. If a man is willing to assault a lady I don't think he will back off a confrontation. The way I see a scenario is like this. Your out somewhere, your not necessarily close to your wife. Lets say your at a carnival or event. You need to go to restroom, your wife waits for you outsid...

Keep in mind that this did not happen to me. I'm just thinking out loud here and asking what you all would do if this happened to you.

Man assaults your Wife? What do you do?

I got to thinking once again :) Getting a CHL is a big responsibility. So I started to think of scenarios that having a CCW would alter a confrontation. Lets say the Wife and I are out, a guy unarmed assaults her. Lets just say he grabs her in areas only I should grab. Now, normally I would probably...

I think some of you are making it more complicated than it is. Guy with gun threatening to kill a clerk and blocking your exit is a no brainer. What if BG does kill the clerk? and then a report is run that there was someone in the store who COULD have prevented? Imagine the family of clerk? You woul...

I don't like rules like that because then whats the whole point? If a badguy knows that during the day someone can't use legal force during a theft you might as well give him cookies and open the front gate so he can leave your yard. Or at least help him carry your new lawn ornaments or lawnmower to...

I don't think 10yr old girls are frequent posters of the Texas CHL forum :) Especially since they are 11 years away from even owning a handgun :)

The only thing I don't like is that if someone was approaching you it may take too much time to open that up and grab it. I prefer a hidden holster under dash or by door like that other link shows.

YUP.. It really means something to get the holster in and things are hand written etc. They also tossed in a free sample of their leather kote.

All in all I can see myself buying from them again. I especially love their Western Belt and Holster collection. Very Texas'ish.
