Re: Stairway to Heaven

It's amazing how comfortable he is on the last leg of his climb to attach his safety hook on the run that could easily slip off. Major props to the folks who climb these to make a living.

Beaumont Courthouse

I made sure I had left everything in my truck when I got to the courthouse today. I wait in line put wallet, keys and phone in the basket for the trip down the conveyor. As I'm about to walk through the metal detector I realize I have my spare truck key still in my pocket, I alert the HLS behind the...

Re: Kholster Sale

I ordered mine on Friday for my XD. Jimmy sent an email saying that requests are taking 5 to 7 days to get out. This will be my first IWB and may order one for my 1911 after trial run.

As a long time believer and student of the Bible myself, I can find no justification in the Bible for disarming a parishioner prior to granting him/her admission to the church. What I do find are elliptical...

Re: Stopped in Katy

Mr. Sprecher took care of a case for me in regards to my daughter getting a large speeding ticket. As Chas said, he is amazing. He also will go in to Montgomery County, well at least back then he did.

Re: While at Church Last Night...

Carrying all by itself is serious business, even if there is no shooting involved. :iagree: great way to put it. When discussing CHL with non licensees who are interested, I sometimes get the question "Have you ever had to use your gun?" I respond quite seriously "I USE my gun every day." The simpl...

This could happen. I don't believe he is anti 2A by any means. Could it be that he doesn't know me at all, could be. Only time will tell.

But by taking it further, If the preacher told you not to carry there, however, THAT qualifies as notice under 30.06...
