Re: Leggings w. integrated holster

I can't wear red. :smilelol5: On a more serious note, I was under the belief that you can't use deadly force on a purse snatcher unless he threatens you or gets into a scuffle with you. Am I correct about the use of force? Don't know anyone who wears stilettos with their leggings, either! There is ...

Leggings w. integrated holster

The specific model linked above has pockets - she's going to try le...

Re: 1911's and revolver now permitted in NRA Carry Guard Classes

"Bottom line: our decision to not include 1911s and revolvers as primary firearms in our initial Level I course was a mistake"

I'm just flat gobsmacked to hear language like that from a large organization, I'm not sure what to say! :tiphat:

Re: Carrying in the office

I carry @ client offices 100% of the time (concealed). For some years, though, my largest client was (I thought) anti-CHL, so didn't carry there. Was so happy to realize that was not the case. They posted 30.07 signs last year, but very carefully did *not* post 30.06. So one day after a management m...

Great to hear, and I couldn't agree more. I always refer people to Charles' classes.

Re: Sb1588 to eliminate most vehicle inspections

Hm - can someone enlighten me as to whether this bill just eliminates the 'safety inspection' component of the annual check, but leaves the smog test intact? If so, we're still trooping off annually to ensure compliance with smog, it's just the bald tires/turn signals/horn/etc that'll be dropped. Ki...

Re: Sb1588 to eliminate most vehicle inspections

I was so surprised to read about this today, didn't even realize this idea was on the slate this session. I've grown up always having it, frog in hot water. Hadn't ever really thought about life without it. But, if it's still against the vehicle code to run around w dead lights , bald tires, etc the...

Re: Put one in the chamber, or don't carry it!

You don't drive around with your seatbelt off and say, "I'll have time to fasten it before the wreck." That's a pretty good analogy. Yes it is! I'm going to use that in classes. Chas. I've used that, as well as: "By the time it becomes perfectly clear that *today* was the day you should have chosen...
