Re: Cant mention guns at work?

Leaving a bad work situation quietly is seldom a bad move. So Hank doesn't have to have a union card ...

Re: Cant mention guns at work?

If they have no written policy, then it's not a policy,it's arbitrary. It does sound like someone has a grudge against you in some other area. I think this is more likely the case. A friend of mine was recently fired for giving her opinion. She was asked by a VP for her honest opinion about how the...

Re: Cant mention guns at work?

This may anger some of the forum members, but when one is at work, you are supposed to talk about work related issues, not guns, shooting or hunting. I agree that what you discuss on your breaks or at lunch is not the company's business, but if on work hours I suggest avoiding the discussions. If y...

Not addressed to anyone in particular.

Seems to be the liberal way, not just the Kalifornia way.
You forgot the third one, tax it out of existence.

Re: CA: Gun Club Put Out of Businees - Lead Pollution

Who will CA politicians point the finger at for thier failed leadership when this step fails to bring the gun violence down in the city? As we know this last gun store leaving SF will not impact the criminal use of guns in that City one bit..., even though that is what City leadership is selling th...

Re: Th story behind Apple refusing to work with FBI

Bitter Clinger I have to mention that I found the sentence in your post ( The government is NOT spying on innocent US citizens. ) amusing. Here are a couple of articles. There are many more if you care to research. Of course I can’t vouch for the accuracy of these articles but I do know enough to f...

Re: Th story behind Apple refusing to work with FBI

I agree with TAM.

Could we trust the government to safeguard the “back door” hack?

Answer: Bradley Manning, Edward Snowden, Hillary Clinton and countless other security breaches.

China would probably have it the day after the FBI did.

sugar land dave, You posted: "it's only the loonies who make the news. There are plenty of sensible professors in many schools who are fine with firearms." Re: University of Texas dean quits school for job in Pennsylvania because of Lone Star state’s new policy allowing guns

Jusme, So, these pro-gun academics should lie low because speaking up pro-gun would be too much sacrifice? I understand that being timid, meek and mild goes a long way to promote the anti-gun agenda. Spare me your defense of the "Don't Rock The Boat or We'll Suffer Agenda". You posted: "There is a ...

Re: University of Texas dean quits school for job in Pennsylvania because of Lone Star state’s new policy allowing guns

SCC just posted a PDF containing a bunch of press releases. The most recent one kind of touches on this. http://is.gd/pqWGth https://www.facebook.com/ConcealedCampus/posts/10153921017677622 The last paragraph of the most recent release sums the whole argument up nicely. "When a member of a hate gro...
