If you would like to frequent this establishment, then a call to TABC to request that they review the posted 51% sign is in order. From what I'm told they will look into it. While Access is a true database system it isn't always the most suitable for all database aplications. If A database is linear (simple inline list), not requiring forms, nor complex reporting and if one doesn't need server access control I can't see any benefit to using a a complex database program ...
