Generally speaking, diversity is a strength. Exactly what it means, though, is a big topic in its own right, with lots of ways to interpret it.

Re: Alice Cooper? You've Got to Be Kidding!!

Brian Welch, too: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q6EIhkAyy3s Since that video was made, he's re-joined Korn. I'm not entirely sure what to make of that, if anything. By all* the accounts I've heard, he spends his post-show time witnessing to fans, which is great. Some of those lyrics, though... Wel...

Re: OR: Man fined for doing math without a license

Texas had a profession called Interior Designer. Someone sued and the State lost. Now you can add Interior Designer to the end of your name, if you want. However you still cannot call yourself a "Licensed Interior Designer" or LID without taking a test, taking continuing education and paying the st...

Re: OR: Man fined for doing math without a license

In Texas, if your job title includes the word "engineer", you must have an engineering degree or your company will run afoul of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers. I'm not surprised at Oregon, but it is not necessary in all engineering disciplines to be licensed by the state. My job title ...

Because the PPQ I used to carry is otherwise a fantastic gun.

Re: Property straddles state line

Make sure you're standing on the right side when you shoot. Seriously though, if it were me I'd take a defensive position in the house and call police for someone trespassing in the backyard. If they cross the line and try to enter the house all bets are off. The real question is which police depar...

Re: Guns + Roommates using Marijuana

Moving is not an option until the end of the semester in May. I simply cannot go through that process right now and maintain focus on school. Have some friends move your stuff, if you don't have time yourself. Get your professors to cut you some slack if you need it, and if they say no ask them (an...

Re: Shooting at FLL today

PS are you kidding?? If I came in on the tail end of this situation, you would have to be a fool to reveal that you have a firearm locked inside your luggage. No one would "hear" you and if they did, the chance they would misunderstand you would be VERY HIGH! Just follow orders and try not to over ...

Re: Texas Republican elector won't vote Trump

Trump was not my first, or even second choice. In a race between Hillary and anyone, I am going to vote for Hillary’s opponent unless her opponent is Satan. Between those two, I'd vote for Satan... He's more likely to mess up the country less, and everyone knows what he's about so - for once - ever...

Well presumably they have one or more goods and/or services you want to purchase. I'd have to consider whether it's worth the hassle for me, but it wouldn't be an automatic deal-breaker.

Re: Keltec RDB 5.56 Bullpup - Why So Costly?

My only "experience" with Keltec is holding a couple of their guns at the store and watching Nutnfancy's reviews (which, FWIW, include the RDB).
