Re: Goodbye SR22....Hello LCR .22

I've been eyeing 22 revolvers for a while just haven't dove in yet.
I briefly had an sr22, it didn't jam but it just didn't mesh with me so I sold it

Re: 9mm ammo: anyone used these brands?

I appreciate how S&B's packaging doesn't waste any space. Heh! Yeah, I forgot to mention that. Does make it easier to pack more into ammo cans. And their skeletonized trays still seem to do a good job of keeping rounds separated. I save some of those trays for times when I buy ammo in loose bulk: p...

Re: Do you shoot a handgun with both eyes open?

One eye, I tried both and had focus issues and did better with just dominant The exception is rifle with red dot, I use both open as it's the only way I can easily get a good picture with the dot over the target . Which going slightly off topic, red dots can be a real pain when you have a stigmatism...

Re: EyePro At The Range: It’s Not A Vague Suggestion

For those of us who choose to enhance our eyesight instead of bumping into walls... HySkore Over the Glasses Safety Glasses Set These have worked very well for me. For the price, you get two pair of ANSI Z87.11 rated, anti-fog treated glasses. One pair is clear and one is mirror tinted for bright s...

Re: Home Defense Weapon

My first line of defense is a 130 lb German Shepard. Nobody's coming in that doesn't belong without him on them. Everyone's attention will be on him and not on me and I'm his back up. Same, my big ole mutt is the best defense system I've got. Nothing and I mean nothing gets past her and she's extre...

Re: Buy The New Vehicle Extended Warranty, But Shop It!

When I got my Tacoma I bought the warranty at the dealer to get the financing lowered, I did shop it later and found it a lot cheaper at another dealer online but was lazy and didn't cancel what I bought to get that one...long story short I never even needed the extended warranty. I had exactly 1 re...
