Re: A Million/Heck A Billion OR More Years From Now!

Our actions may matter to the planet or the universe but they matter to our children and grandchildren. Our actions don't have to directly impact what happens in a billion years, they should, however, be directed towards setting up the next few generations to be successful.

Re: Carlos Hathcock Method of Sighting In a Rifle

Then about the 12th of December, it was REALLY cold and it seemed like an artic wind was blowing, there was about four inches of snow on the ground and freezing rain was falling. He called me up and told me to meet him at Range 4 at noon. I had gotten to know him well enough to joke, “Do you really...

Re: Self driving vehicles creep me out. How will feds mandate purchases?

Could the person in the driver's seat have hit the brakes or is it only self driving when in that mode? I'm not sure how those work.. My understanding form other articles that i have read is that there was a "driver" behind the wheel and if he had seen the events he could have taken contr...

Re: Attacking pit bull shot in League City

My post apparently got lost in the internet. I disagree abraham and anygunanywhere on the basis that if we decide that "lethal" is the standard for eradication then the world will be a different (and I would argue worse) place. I will leave it at that and wish you both the best. One thing ...

Re: Attacking pit bull shot in League City

Not the same thing. A firearm is an inanimate object. An animal is a living breathing creature capable of initiating acts on its own, regardless of how it is raised or treated. Did you read the link I posted???? Yes I did. I see no form of referencing for where they got their numbers (did I miss it...

Re: Attacking pit bull shot in League City

I can find link after link of guns being used to kill or maim humans and dogs all over the US. I can find link after link of people dying in car accidents involving Fords. Whats your point? Any animal large enough can injure or kill a person or similarly sized animal. You seem to be arguing that the...

If they can be a player and a criminal at the same time, whats stopping others from being both criminals and fans at the same time.
