Re: KISS Shotgun Update
You could purchase a piece of pic rail and mount it to the side of the forearm. That would allow you to use any rail light...they can be picked up pretty cheap. GG&G are a great option for this if you ever want to change out the furniture. JD (APPI) is an amazing resource who really knows his st...

Re: Handgun rust
I hope you find your answer. I had a two-tone Sig 226 a few years ago and it would get spots of rust under oil. Hard to swallow for what was almost a thousand dollar handgun.

Re: My Sidekick
Flint- you are correct, she will be four this year. It goes without saying she is my true sidekick. I would fight an 870 for her without a second thought. My girls are doing well. The shotgun is perfectly legal with the proper NFA tax stamp or if it is issued to you by a LE agency for duty use. Jason

Re: What's a good weapon light?
I am not amfan of pistol mounted lights because of what it does to my drawstroke. Can you describe further how a pistol mounted light affects drawstroke? Thanks! Sorry for the delay. First, I have dedicated MANY hours to a smooth draw out of my duty holster. I have a tough time buying into the musc...

Re: CHLers vs LEOs
I bet CHLers outnumber LEOs in TX. Not saying CHLers should bail you in a bind, but most likely A CHer may find you faster than an LEO. A CHLer may come across you, but one with a gun might be tough to find. I rarely have contact with a licensed person who also has a gun. If they have a gun, I hope...

Only law you would likely be breaking is a city ordinance.

I am not amfan of pistol mounted lights because of what it does to my drawstroke. I have made other arrangements to never be in the dark. Much like a spare magazine, one is none.
