This past Saturday, we had at least 10 in attendance at Arlington:
bitterclinger, Mr. and Mrs. blackhorse1, diesel42, Mr. and Mrs. Grayling813, SIA & his S.O., strogg, and an LTC friend who isn't a forum member.
Maybe 11 - I can't recall if flightmare was there.

Re: DFW West/Southwest Quadrant Breakfast
Although none of us who attended on Saturday, 5/15/-21, commented on this thread, there were 6 of us in attendance:
Mr. and Mrs. blackhorse1, SIA, SIA's S.O., and strogg, as well as our Gideon friend (LTC, but not a board member here).
I am going to try to be better about doing PR for each upcoming breakfast. I got out of the habit of visiting on the board when it was down so often.
Each of the 3 North Texas breakfasts always has members in attendance, so you will find anywhere from 5 to 10 at each venue, whether we step up with an RSVP or not.

Re: DFW West/Southwest Quadrant Breakfast
Nano: Great!
At a minimum this week's attendees should be Mr. and Mrs. blackhorse1, jusme, SIA, SIA's gf, strogg, and our non-forum Gideon friend. Of course, the more, the merrier.
Former attendees that we would like to see, in no particular order: Mr. and Mrs. grayling813, crazy2medic, SigM4, Excaliber, diesel42, flightmare, C-dub, D-dub.

Re: DFW West/Southwest Quadrant Breakfast
This coming Saturday, 12/19/20, is the 3rd Saturday of the month, meaning the Arlington breakfast, which generally attracts forum members from the FW side of DFW. Of course those of us from the Dallas side of town usually attend also.
From now on, I am going to try to update each breakfast thread in the days leading up to each breakfast date.
After the breakfast I will update the thread with who was able to make it.
All North Texas forum members, guests, and visitors, are welcome at our breakfasts.
The 3 North Texas breakfasts have been held since 2017, so in 2021, we will have been meeting for 4 years.
Houston's breakfasts have been held longer, but North Texas has a pretty good track record, timewise, too.
Happy Trails and Merry Christmas to all.

Re: DFW West/Southwest Quadrant Breakfast
Well, we had 5 at today's Arlington Rudy's breakfast: blackhorse1, his son in law, jusme, SIA, and strogg. Lots of car discussions and pictures of petite fish. Sometimes the fish caught is smaller than the bait!
Here's a plug: Anybody around Grand Prairie that needs muscle car mechanical work, blackhorse1 is your guy.
Next week's breakfast is 800 AM, Manny's Cafe, inside the Stove Shop, Hudson Oaks, Parker County.

Last Saturday, we sat inside Frisco Rudy's for hours, just like old times.

Re: DFW West/Southwest Quadrant Breakfast
The 3rd Saturday this month is in 2 days on 4.18.20.
The site is Arlington Rudy's. Strogg will probably go. I am a definite.
We can buy our food and beverages at the drive thru, then visit at the outside picnic tables or tailgate.
Blackhorse1 and his bride are all set to regale us with their recent fight to right many wrongs done to them. I can't wait to hear the drama!

Re: DFW West/Southwest Quadrant Breakfast
Rudy's Arlington should be open for takeout. We can get our food and coffee, then tailgate in Rudy's parking lot.
Blackhorse1 & bride: that way you don't have to worry about the logistics of PM'ing your residence address to all possible attendees. Deal?

Re: DFW West/Southwest Quadrant Breakfast
This past Saturday, 2/15/20, we had 8 in attendance:
blackhorse1, Mrs. blackhorse1, diesel42, grayling813, Mrs. grayling813, SIA, strogg, and our Gideon (non-forum) friend.
Next week's Saturday breakfast will be at Manny's Cafe in Hudson Oaks, Parker County. I will be in Alpine, Texas that day, attending the Texas Cowboy Poetry Festival at Sul Ross State University. At 730 AM, I will be partaking in a true cowboy chuck wagon breakfast outdoors in the chilly air.

Re: DFW West/Southwest Quadrant Breakfast
Well, we had a good turnout at this morning's Arlington breakfast. 10 adults, 2 teenagers, + 1 baby boy = 13.
In attendance was blackhorse1, Mrs. blackhorse1, Mr. and Mrs. "friends of the blackhorses", their 2 children, diesel42, grayling813, Mrs. grayling813, SigM4, Baby Boy SigM4, SIA, and strogg.
Lots of dog talk. C-dub would have been in his element. :-)

SigM4: yes, technically you got me there. 1/18/20 is correct.
We'd all get a kick out of you bringing your young prince with you. Mrs.Blackhorse1 is partial to his type. :-)
