Re: Anybody bought body armor? Thinking about it....
Another THANKS update. I'm researching as time allows, and it's a head-spinning topic. My bad for not doing this over the past several years while thinking about it..... PLUS, I'm an engineer, so that makes the level of anal-retentive research even WORSE. I truly appreciate your input, and am contin...

Bedside Pistol - Springfield XDM Elite OSP????
Howdy all, hope you are well and staying safe in these crazy times. The good part about the insanity going on just now, (plus the extra time away from the office) is that's it's caused me to actually start focusing on my "Philosophy Of Use" for the things that I own. I've always "kind...

Re: Anybody bought body armor? Thinking about it....
Thanks everyone for your thoughts so far. The AR500 stuff is really attractive for the price, but I hear the "buy once, cry once" a lot. Will look into the suggested sights, and try to decide what my POU for the armor would be. If it's short stints on the property during unrest, the heavie...

Primers???
So, I know this is a silly question, but anybody have any info on the primer supply chain? I'm generally good, but find myself embarasingly short of small rifle primers - my bad. I know that most ammo production is sold out for the rest of the year, but haven't been able to find any info on the prim...

Re: Protests - the next level?
Well, we've been in a Cold civil war with the Left/Communists for many years. They continue to push for a HOT one, and so NOW, they're getting it. Good on 'em. As tragic as this is, it's time to send the children back to their mommies basements by making it REAL for them. Live rounds will do that....

Anybody bought body armor? Thinking about it....
Howdy all! Hope you and your family are well and staying safe in these crazy times. Speaking of crazy times, I've been intrigued by body armor for a while, and, given what's going on in the country just now, am seriously considering buying some. Anybody have any personal experience/recommendations? ...

With Roberts as the swing vote, we have NO advantage. We're still at the mercy of the leftist judges who continue to create new laws and destroy liberty and our God-given rights from the bench......

Re: Preferred online ammo dealer
OK, ammo is like ANY OTHER COMMODITY. The price goes UP, and DOWN, based on the rules of economics. For those of you who didn't learn this; it's SUPPLY verses DEMAND. When SUPPLY is HIGH, and DEMAND is LOW, as it's been since Trump killed the Hilldebeast; Ammo, and gun prices have been LOW for the p...

Re: GUN SAFETY COURSE FOR ILLEGAL CONCEALED CARRY?
So before we get all into the legalize of what can be done to get the underage person illegally carrying a loaded handgun off, shouldn't we first ask the momma WHY her underage son was carrying an illegal weapon, and where he got it????

Re: Female Gun Owners: We Prefer the AR-15
Absolutely need to introduce new shooters whenever possible. Would be much easier if there were actually more places to shoot. I see THAT as one of the biggest impediments to getting more new shooters involved.

Re: Dicks testing stores with No Guns
I got roped into taking my son to the mall last week to buy some shoes and shorts for school. NOT at Dick's. I've made it clear that we won't be a part of ANY commercial transactions at that particular establishment, and my kids agree. My wife, alas, has strayed a couple of times to buy stinkin gym ...

Re: Universal Background Checks: An American Fantasy
That's all nice to say. But if they manage to get their "red flag" laws in place. The 2nd amendment is dead. There will be NO ability assemble a militia to oppose a tyrannical government (as our founding fathers intended), much less, even DISCUSS it, since anyone who was caught even utteri...
