Re: Prayers Need For Mom

Thanks to everyone who has prayed. God performed a miracle. When the surgeon opened the wound it was a "blood pocket" caused from her god being broke. They removed what infection they could get and sewed her foot back up. She lost no toes or any part of her foot. God is good all of the ti...

Re: Gander Mountain Mesquite

Stopped by the Corsicana store today and was not impressed. Fully stocked with firearms at average prices. Lots of ammo, again at average prices but NO 22lr. The clerk sort of scoffed at the question. Only one small cabinet (locked) with powder. Very little reloading equipment. Small stock of usele...

Re: Why all the ammo purchases

With USPS current financil position they would be buying the cheapest ammo they could find. When I worked there 20 years ago Postal Security Officers could not carry firearms, only Postal Inspectors. They just never recovered from my retirement

Re: Some people just want to be a jerk

It seems that in every election year, as well as years that have a Texas legislation session, we have more people who seem to enjoy making snide and/or insulting comments without directly violating Forum Rules. I've had emails and PMs from Members complaining about this phenomenon and I wish I had ...

Re: New to forum!

Welcome to the Forum - a great place to learn about concealed carry. While waiting for your CHL, and in between checking the DPS website to see if your status has changed, read up as much as you can here. One of the great ways to learn and be ready when the CHL arrives.

My guess is that the stamp will feature his movie roles and not his NRA role.

Re: What to buy next?

Finally made it to the range today with the PK380. I am super pleased. Shot two different 95 grain Winchesters and both worked just fine. Really liked the trigger pull on this much better than the FNX-9 I was used to shooting. Had a couple of fail to eject but hoping that will go away when the gun h...

WTB - PK380 Magazine

If anyone has an extra Walther PK380 magazine they would sell at reasonable price I need to buy one. Everything I find available is priced in the $50 -$60 range. No way I will pay that for something that has suggested retail around $30.

I think it went well i forgot to talk about some aspects of leadership i felt were important but they didn't line up with the questions asked other than that i thought i covere...
