Yes, there could. You could have gotten her hooked on sporting clays.

Re: Minimum Caliber for Handgun Proficiency Exam

Yes, that was me. I said that. And I did not mean to imply that everyone who comes to a LTC class should have a full arsenal of handguns to choose from. Actually, most of the people who have shown up with an "out of the ordinary" firearm for qualification have been renewals (back when ther...

Re: Minimum Caliber for Handgun Proficiency Exam

Why would anyone show up to qualify with a Judge? Or a Bond Arms derringer chambered in 45/410? Because they can. Or... more accura...

Re: Shoot Point Blank in NRH opening Wednesday 9/27/17

Are you willing to carry a million dollar insurance policy to cover any potential liability one of YOUR students may cause at their facility? Yes. I had NRA Instructor insurance, and that policy can name a range to be included. Without the ability to take students to qualify at a range, only range ...

The PAST recoil pad is a great help, also.
Many of the gun ranges carry them, as well as online retailers, like Amazon.

Put your resume out on Dice.com. I got downsized from the same type of position in 2014, and I still get emails almost everyday.

Good luck to you!

Re: Instructor recertification class

Thanks for your comments, they and you are appreciated for your efforts. Nevertheless, I wonder if you or I would be able to use that as an excuse for lack of preparedness for a scheduled LTC class? It speaks to professionalism in my mind, but again, I am not intending to offend or point fingers......

Re: Instructor recertification class
