Re: Weatherford Man Uses AR-15 To Stop Car Burglar

I like in this article that they specify AR-15 instead of assault weapon.

Re: Interesting events at Boerne Walmart

The person most likely wanted the phones without activation. Those prepaid phones aren't typically activated at the time of purchase. It's done later online. When the phone is scanned for sale the register requests that the serial number also be scanned. Usually people buying in quantity don't want...

Re: GSD or Belgian Malinois Breeders?

You can cut down the shedding tremendously if you use one of these on your dog a couple times a week. I can't get the picture to appear so I will describe it. It's called a Furminator. The steel comb is horizontal while the handle is vertical. It has close teeth like a lice comb and a button to push...

Re: Fort Worth PD says officer was refused service at Wendy's

I was a fast food GM for a long time. I would fire the employees (few) that were directly involved, Have a "First Responders Day" (give out some free food or 1/2 off) and move on. I'm telling ya'll, it is VERY HARD to to find good help for $7.25. I dint think your help would be any differ...

Re: 51% Sign Posted, but TABC License calls for Blue Sign

If the sign was supposed to be a BLUE sign (i.e. the license issued for <51%) from the beginning and TABC, said to post a RED, then the removal of the sign is not making, it legal to carry. Re: American Airlines - checked baggage handgun

The airline is saying the tag denotes a high value item. Doesn't the TSA reg state that the outside of a bag will not be identifiable as having a firearm in it?

Re: Star-Telegram article on carry at Ft. Worth zoo

I agree that the author got it wrong. What the AG ruled was that the City of Fort Worth nor the Zoo can be fined: " After review, the OAG determines the 30.06 signs at issue were posted by the association, which possesses the exclusive right to post signage on the zoo premises under the terms ...
