Re: 51% sign - question

Going to be holds no weight. They have to BE licensed by TABC as a 51% place in order for it to be off limits. They do not have to post the sign for it to be off limits - just licensed as such. I don't think open or closed matters.

It was voted out of committee favorably, as amended. The amendment exempted primary and secondary schools.

Re: 51% sign in a non 51% business

You're a wealth of patience Keith. All cleared up and thank you. We have all been there - and it was patient people that helped us as well. The reason that looking at the TABC license is important (and hence that Sign=Blue or Sign=Red thing) is that it is the TABC ruling that is important. Not the ...

Re: CHL and Children

My son kinda had to be told about 6 months ago. I was carrying and he felt it and was about to make a big deal about going to find out what that hard thing was. So we treated it like anything else we don't talk about with strangers and I showed him. He had seen me put it on previously, but it really...

Re: Para Ordinance question

I have a single stack compact model from Para Ord. They are a bit rough on the machining side of things, but fit and quality is there. I really like mine and it is NOT on the market. If the $499 is in good shape, it sounds like a deal.
