I really like the one that I am using. I got it at Walmart and it is made by Dickies. It is 1.5", reversible and about $12.

Re: Gander Mountain Bankruptcy
I was very excited when I learned that they were putting a store in Arlington. After several visits I think I only bought a couple of fishing lures because their gun related items were just to high. I have bought a lot from Academy. GM is the last place I think of locally when I am ready to buy. If ...

Re: Problem with Gun
I have an XDs45 3.3 and it works the same way. I have never considered it a problem. I just know that I have to rack it hard to get it to extract. I rarely unload it. My range ammo is Federal Champion 230gr and carry ammo is Federal HST 230gr.

I see nothing wrong with the question that Dick's asked. What I do see wrong is the rude way you acted toward the young clerk. He did not make the policy, he was just doing his job.

Re: Looking for a good holster inside and outside
I have tried several IWB holsters and just could never get comfortable with any of them. I recently bought this Versacarry English Bridle leather Protector Series OWB holster. It is built right here in Texas and it came in 5 days after I ordered it and it is very well built and very inexpensive. I, ...

Re: Gentlemen... Ladies be careful out there
Thanks cmgee67 so much for the reminder. I am in total agreement with you and carry my gun every where I go where it is legal. This is out of an abundance of caution because of the times that we live in. I don't ever expect to have to use it but I am prepared physically and mentally if the need aris...

Beiruty, I find the ultimate comfort for carrying a Nano w/LaserMax is a Sneaky Pete holster.
A good comfortable OWB choice for the Nano is the Versacarry Leather Protector Series size 4. It accommodates the Laser.

Re: Voting with LTC as ID?
My wife and I used our LTCs on the first day of early voting in Arlington. When my wife presented hers the clerk gave her a big smile and said "Well look at you". Nice.
Re: I voted!
Yesterday my wife and I voted using our LTC cards. When my wife handed the lady checking her in her LTC card she grinned and said "Well look at you". Nice response. We voted straight deplorable.

Re: Shooting dogs
I do not have an ASP but do have a piece of broom stick that I could carry if it is legal. Is it legal? I am an LTC holder and pocket carry my XDs45 when I am walking our 20# Shih Tzu on a leash. He would be completely defenseless against a Pitt Bull. I'm not sure this small club would be adequate a...
