Re: RMR Bullets

I may look into true blue after I run through a few lbs of other powders. Am I correct in the understanding that it's slower than Silhouette and faster then No 5? I'd say correct. True Blue will do anything that No 5 will do, but that doesn't work in reverse. True Blue is more pressure stable which...

Re: RMR Bullets

Thanks for the info on Accurate #2, I appreciate your perspective. I looked closely at buying Competition a few months ago when my LGS was closing down and liquidating... what ultimately made the decision for me was the 12 oz container (instead of 1lb) and the fact that I was sitting on about 6 lbs...

Re: RMR Bullets

Just saw your post this morning! Well done. Although, I do wish you would hold off touting RMR so much before I get another order in! They are already running 3-4 weeks out due to the panic buying. We've discussed it before but I've running RMR's 124 gr. JHP's at 1100fps with Silhouette and t...

Re: Corona Virus (COVID-19)( SARS-CoV-2) from China: Its going to be bad.

As predicted a few pages back, we point the finger at China for lying about THEIR virus and engaging in a mass cover-up and Kim-the-dim starts playing with his missiles. https://www.foxnews.com/world/north-korea-continues-test-launch-during-pandemic How many people in this country even remember the ...

Re: Corona Virus (COVID-19)( SARS-CoV-2) from China: Its going to be bad.

2009 under Obama - from CDC - Swine flu - 60.8 million cases in USA - 274,304 hospitalizations - 12,469 deaths - nothing shutdown. Coronavirus currently 46,000 cases in USA ... The entire economy of the USA is basically shutdown. They will just say that “because of how we acted, it saved trillions ...

Re: Another New One from Ruger

I've owned a Ruger LCP LC9s American 9mm American 45 All have been sold... While they all work... there are much better options for the money... My Ruger American bolt rifle in .270 Win is a really good long gun. My SR40 was rock solid. The magazine would fall out my brand new LC9s and they had to ...

Re: Another New One from Ruger

Very nice MSRP price point considering the features. Might come in a little over $500 real retail. Like the pre-drilled and tapped slide for RDS mounting. Doesn't say anything about the trigger weight. I wonder if it's the same as the regular Ruger American. Like the sights. Ambi mag and slide rele...

How so? Doesn't look any uglier than most poly-frame, striker pistols. ;-)

Maybe this will be the first of many! Hold China responsible for economic losses. Hopefully other western nations will get on board and push the suit to the World Court. ;-)

Re: Corona Virus (COVID-19)( SARS-CoV-2) from China: Its going to be bad.

How many traffic fatalities are there in the US every day? Maybe fewer of late with fewer people getting out, but the last death toll I saw from the ChinaVirus was 400 deaths in the US. Until proven otherwise, I'll continue to believe that this was no accident, and again I'll remind everyone that Ch...

Another New One from Ruger

The 5" Competition Model American Pistol. Pretty intriguing with its competition barrel rifled with a 1 in 16" twist vs the typical 1 in 10" that most use for 9mm including the standard and compact American pistols. Rated for full time use of +P and part of the reason for the slower t...
