Does it seem to anyone else that the NRA is always the last to the table and consistently waits until there is a wide social movement before making a stand or filing a lawsuit?

Is that the case or is this a one-off?

Re: This is not going to go well

Based on the ATF's record of wrongdoing and licensee entrapment, I have doubts on the veracity of this story. Who throws away 95k worth of firearms? (400 each ish times 236 = 94,400) I guarantee that was not coming out of the LGS pocket. Did the manufacturer offer a refund? Wouldn't they want the it...

Re: No place but Canada

Trudeau orders shoot down over Canada by NORAD. Sad that the Canadian PM (and not a great one) has bigger cohones than our sitting president. And as far as the alien rubbish goes.... The media is making a concerted push towards it, then its instructed from the top and not visitors from another worl...

Re: Vacationing in gun free Mexico

Sounds suspiciously like the Mexican judge received a payoff to allow Mr. Busch to leave the country instead of spending 3 1/2 years in prison. That looks like EXACTLY what happened lol. A formal, "officiant" bride to the court, and probably something on the side as well. Don't go places ...

Ordered Ammo, Shipped in less than 3 minutes

Used AmmoSeek and found Loaded Up selling ZSR all brass 9mm for .21 cents a round plus shipping. Decided to pull the trigger as I have several classes coming up. Made me depressed when I went in and saved the reciept with all the reciepts from 2020 and 2019.... Anyways I ordered at 10:54, and got a ...

LOL… Honestly though, I can pretty much tell if a student is going to pass or fail within the first 10 shots. Most of the time I don’t even need to count the holes. Leatham wrote me back and said he'll take the RDS thing as a challenge. He's going to use his USPSA .45 ACP double-stack and go for co...

Probably not a bad idea to take about 5000% daily dose of vitamin C for two or three days as well, and some vitamin D with your meals. I wouldn't do it for an extended period but short term it can help.

Re: Houston: Customer Kills Robber

However, is it stated in any section of law in Texas? That is a VERY good question, and good points. It may be a lawsuit issue and not a criminal issue. I imagine the prosecution will state that the justification no longer existed after a certain point in time by cause of common law. Not sure which...
