Re: IWB Holster Recommendations...
I've carried several holsters, and I second the recommendations for the Crossbreed. Click here to check out some previous posts I've made about mine.

Re: Help Need For California Trip
I understand that sometimes life forces us to make tough decisions.
But when faced with the option to go to California or not (or any other state where the 2A doesn't exist), I remember the words the great 20th Century California philosopher Nancy Reagan, "Just Say No!"

Re: Thank you to All Who Serve or have Served!
Thank you sir. And here's a thanks to those who are still serving! Many of us joined at a time when we knew who the enemy was. We knew their uniforms, their tactics, and equipment. Those who've joined since 9/11 entered during a more uncertain time. They're fighting unknown enemies on two fronts: ov...

Re: Midterm Election
I read that the voter turnout in the 18-25 age group was HUGE. If so, that might account for a lot of the blue results. All the more reason to take a liberal to the range today. I have many young families living near me, and I've done it as much as they will allow. "Converting liberals to comm...

Re: Sig SP-2022 9mm - $550 or trade for 1911
For those of you not familiar with this handgun, it's a great one. I have carried one daily for many years now. It has had many trips to the range, virtually zero malfunctions, and it fits my hand very ergonomically. The night sights are still fantastic after all these years. The ONLY drawback I've ...

Re: Beto 2.0?
I have a different opinion. He should run early and often. The money that he and Stacy Abrams (another loser) are bleeding off the Democratic war machine is a wonderful benefit. Neither of them has any chance of winning so every penny spent on them is money that is not attacking good GOP candidates...

Re: Beretta 92X - Talk me out of it (or into it!)
I am so tempted by this gun but cannot explain why. I own a 92FS and generally like it, but 99% of the time, I'm carrying a Glock of some variant. I've only dry fired the 92X, but really liked how it felt both the trigger pull and how it felt in my hand. For $699, it seems like a fantastic gun. Wha...

One of our moderators has been extremely active in finding and posting new signs for quite some time. He outpaces all other contributors combined by an order of magnitude.

Re: Midterm Election
Voted today (Brazoria County). The voting machines looked almost the same but when I signed in to vote, they gave me a full size piece of paper to insert into the voting machine. Once I made my selections, the voting machine printed all of them on the piece of paper. I had to take the piece of pape...

Re: Midterm Election
Unless you absolutely cannot get to the polls on Election Day, I would encourage voting ON Election Day. Makes it harder to cheat and change votes from early voting. Also check and question any Wi-Fi hotspots at your polling location for suspicious WAPs. There shouldn't be any and if there are, you...

Re: Uvalde School shooting
They should implement a Guardian program now. If I were hired as the new chief, I would make consulting with the school safety center at Texas State University my first priority. But a Guardian and a school marshal program would be among my highest priorities. With the costs of training for either ...
