I use Lee powder-through dies for handgun rounds. I don't remember which caliber, but I had one that wasn't gripping bullets well. My solution was to chuck the expander in a drill and use sandpaper and a block to reduce the diameter, going slowly and testing until I got a fit I was happy with. Good ...

Lots of different file formats can be converted to PDF, and I have seen some odd results. I immediately attributed the removal of spaces between some words to a file change.

You aren't directly voting for president. Your vote, along with everyone else's, demonstrates the will of the voters to the Texas electors.
