From the reading I have done, several apply that don't even meet the basic requirements. After that, the initial test will weed out more and it will keep being whittled down until there is a a much smaller number of qualified people to choose from.

If I had a Nexflix queue, it would be full to bursting by now! I do love me some Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino. Still haven't seen Inglorious Basterds (or however its spelled), but just about everything else I have. Too bad you can't watch movies while reloading - I could really double up ...
