This is what I use, and the reason why I use it. The picture says it all. Left: Jacketed hollow point bullet pulled from an unfired Federal HST 147 grain 9mm cartridge. I keep wondering why they didn't shoot him. Was it because they were inside the store and didn't want to take a chance on hitting innocent bystanders?

Nowadays it seems pretty standard that if you pull a gun on the police you better get ready for a lot of lead headed your way.
