Re: Warning
What are you doing hanging around with people who are in possession of illegal fentanyl and loading it into hollow points? Did you contact the police?

Re: Bonnen will not seek re-election
Hopefully, if the republicans keep a majority in the house, a better job of picking a conservative speaker that is actually interested in advancing conservative values. More than just voting records and activist organizations' recommendations and focus in on the speaker candidates past and present a...

Re: Vehicle sale documentation question
Does she need to go with me to the tax office? Or do I just get her to sign the form and take them both there? She can sign the application for title transfer and bill of sale and you can go to the tax office by yourself. Have done it this way about three times in the last 2 years. Here is the kick...

Re: TX: Sutherland Springs church 26 dead 20 injured in mass shooting
I think the Academy situation is a prime example of why some companies decide to err on the side of caution and set company policies so it would be easier to keep within the law. I would not blame a company for establishing a company policy of only selling to someone with a valid in state ID conside...

Re: CO: Sean Buchanan killed by drunk driver
Did Sean or his wife set up the gofundme account or did someone else that wanted to help the family do it? Will he profit or benefit from it? Why begrudge someone for helping a family out if one wants to help? Why punish the family for something the father may have not done or because of his positio...

Re: Politicians Violating Their Oath of Office
People in the choir know there are other choir members singing and choir members don't falsely and publicly call out other members for not singing. Also, most choirs do not appreciate the know-it-all that shows up out of no where and starts lecturing the other choir members. I agree with these poin...

Re: Question
I do not believe multiple officers gave the advice stated in the original post. Neither a good or bad cop would give that advice. Bad cops do not advertise they are bad cops and good cops would never give such dangerous and ridiculous advice. Have never ever heard a cop recommend anyone handle a gu...

Re: Question
Just stated I do not believe cops would give the advice outlined in the original post. In accordance with the rules of the forum, I kept my comments focused on the topic and post and said absolutely nothing about the poster. I did speculate regarding the purpose of the post. Therefore, this folk did...

Re: Politicians Violating Their Oath of Office
You are preaching to the choir, not the peanut gallery. Interesting note about being in a choir... the most beautiful sounds can only be made when the choir members can each hear one another. When one or more members raises their voice above all others to the point that they can't, or won't, hear e...

The retreating officers is definitely concerning. I hope it doesn't transfer over to non-LEOs in the form of a duty to retreat.

Re: Sheila Jackson Lee: House members will have to flood the Senate floor
When she was a Houston City Councilwoman in 1993, she testified against the concealed-carry bill ( HB1776 ) during a committee hearing. (When testifying in a hearing, you are testifying under oath. Thus a lie is perjury.) During the hearing, I provided documents to Senator Jerry Patterson that prov...
